Smart Partner Program Terms and Conditions
Unlike any other Referral Programs, you can earn monthly by referring a minimum of 3 successful referrals and earn upto AED 7000 or more with Smart Ezone. The Smart Partner Program are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
  1. A smart partner cannot refer himself/herself or refer an existing client of Smart Ezone in any capacity.
  2. Referral funds can only be transferred to a valid business bank account provided by the smart partner.
  3. Referral funds are transferred within 30 business days from the date the referrals commercial license and establishment card has been issued by the chosen jurisdiction and the full business setup fees has been paid in full.
  4. In the event where the same referral has been referred multiple times by other smart partners/referrers, Smart Ezone will offer the referral fee to the Smart Partner/referrer who has referred the referral first.
  5. A smart partner is not employed by Smart Ezone and therefore will not be permitted to act on behalf of Smart Ezone.
  6. The smart partner shall be responsible for all taxes, levies, and fees chargeable by any government, authority or other legislative body.
  7. The smart partner shall act in a legal and ethical manner and shall not misrepresent Smart Ezone’s services and prices or impose any fees/charges in connection with Smart Ezone’s services in accordance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption in the UAE.
  8. Smart Ezone has the right to decline a referral or paying out a referral fee should there be reason to suspect inappropriate activity or a false referral.
  9. Smart Ezone reserves the right to update/change the terms and conditions of the Smart Partner Program at any given time, without notice, at its sole discretion. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any illegal means of communication is prohibited and would result in disqualification of the smart partner from the smart partner program.
  10. Smart Ezone, may at any given time, discontinue its smart partner program at its sole discretion and without justification and shall not be liable for any loss of income.
  11. By submitting a referral to Smart Ezone, and by joining the smart partner program, you thereby agree to accept the above terms and conditions in full.
